Campaign Contribution Guidelines and Rules

Political campaign contributions are regulated by Federal and State statutes. The highlights of the governing statutes follow:

Contributions up to and including $19.99 may be made by cash or personal check; donor record not required.
Contributions from $20.00 up to and including $99.99 may be made by cash or personal check; donor must provide name and full address.
Contributions from $100.00 up to and including $2,300.00 for individuals or $4,600.00 for couples must be made by personal check; donor(s) must provide name(s), full address, employer andoccupation. If retired, so state as occupation.
All contributions must be personal and not business or corporate.
